These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, rethinkdisease.com, along with any related sites, applications, online lessons, curriculum modules, interactive exercises, user forums, and both group and one-on-one live coaching services (collectively, the "Services") operated by RETHINK RESEARCH INC, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization ("the Organization," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing our website, enrolling in our modules, or participating in our coaching programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT SECURITY

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age to access our Services, purchase coaching, or enroll in our educational courses. By using this website, you represent and warrant that you are an adult under applicable laws.
• Account Credentials: When you register for our online lessons and dashboard, you are responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your login information. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

2. SCOPE OF SERVICES & DRIPPED CONTENT DELIVERY

The Organization provides:

• Dripped Educational Content: Self-paced online lessons, digital workbooks, and cognitive exercises. You explicitly acknowledge and agree that the curriculum modules and lessons are delivered via a scheduled, weekly "dripped" release format. Enrolling does not grant immediate access to the entire library of materials at once.
• Live Coaching: Group sessions and one-on-one live video or phone coaching. These Services are strictly designed to teach lifestyle, cognitive, and emotional strategies related to chronic illness patterns. The Organization reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice.

3. PRECEDENCE OF THE STUDENT CONTRACT

• Conflict of Terms: These Terms govern your general use of our public website and online infrastructure. If you enroll as an active student and sign our separate, formal Student Contract, that agreement is considered a specialized contract. In the event of any direct conflict, contradiction, or inconsistency between these website Terms and your signed Student Contract, the terms and conditions of the Student Contract shall strictly take precedence and control.

4. MEDICAL DISCLAIMER AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK

• No Medical Care: You explicitly acknowledge that our Services, lessons, exercises, and coaching do not constitute medical, psychiatric, psychological, or clinical nutritional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
• No Physician Relationship: No employee, officer, or coach of the Organization is acting as your licensed medical professional.
• Full Disclaimer: You agree to the terms of our Medical Disclaimer, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. You acknowledge that managing chronic illness is difficult, results vary based on individual biological and psychological factors, and you assume all physical and psychological risks associated with implementing the strategies taught.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

• Ownership: All materials provided within our online lessons, exercises, webinars, workbooks, and videos are the exclusive property of RETHINK RESEARCH INC and are protected by United States and international copyright and intellectual property laws.
• Limited License: Upon enrolling, you are granted a single, non-transferable, revocable license to access the educational materials for your personal, non-commercial use.
• Prohibited Conduct: You may not copy, reproduce, share, redistribute, sell, or broadcast any content, lesson, or exercise from our curriculum to any third party without explicit written consent from the Organization.

6. USER-GENERATED CONTENT AND FORUM MONITORING

Our online platform may feature interactive areas, including message boards, user-submitted lesson comments, and student discussion forums where you can post thoughts, insights, or responses.

• License to Content: By posting text, comments, or materials to our public or student areas, you grant the Organization a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, display, and archive that content for operational or research optimization purposes.
• Right to Monitor and Remove: The Organization does not pre-screen all user content, but we reserve the absolute right, in our sole discretion, to monitor, review, edit, or permanently remove any user-submitted comment or forum post at any time and for any reason without prior notice.
• Prohibited Content: You are strictly prohibited from posting material that is unlawful, defamatory, invasive of privacy, infringing on intellectual property rights, commercial solicitation, or containing software viruses.

7. STUDENT CODE OF CONDUCT

To preserve a safe, healing, and supportive environment—particularly during live group coaching calls and interactive community forums—you agree to abide by the following rules:

• Respect and Safety: You will not engage in harassment, bullying, abusive language, or disruptive behavior toward coaches or fellow students.
• Confidentiality: You agree to maintain the strict confidentiality of your peers. Any personal information or medical histories shared by other students during group sessions or inside our private student forums must not be shared outside of that group context.
• Termination for Cause: The Organization reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to immediately terminate your access to live coaching, comments sections, and online learning platforms without a refund if you violate this Code of Conduct.

8. NONPROFIT DISCLOSURE

RETHINK RESEARCH INC is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. You acknowledge that all revenues, grants, program fees, and donations collected via our online checkout engines are directed entirely toward supporting our ongoing research, development, and educational programs within the United States and globally.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall RETHINK RESEARCH INC, its officers, directors, employees, or coaches be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use our website, online exercises, or coaching services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action arising out of these Terms must be filed in the state or federal courts located in or nearest to San Mateo County, California.

11. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We reserve the right to change, modify, or update these Terms at any time. We will indicate that updates have been made by revising the "Effective Date" at the top of this page. Your continued use of the website or coaching programs after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
